Does the app change workout type for next training session?
For my next training session, do I need to change workout type manually from A to B or should that go automatically?
I just started using the app, IOS version. I completed my A workout on Monday and saved it on the app. It looks like I have another A workout for Wednesday scheduled by the app. I can change that manually, but is that how it should function?

it should alternate the workouts automatically. let me know if it happens again.
