Help with rotating schedule..
My work schedule is as follows:
Week 1:
Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun
Week 2:
Wed, Thurs
I work long hours, so between work and my infant son, training is essentially not possible on work days.
Factoring necessary recovery between workouts, what would be some recommendations for an advanced-novice SS program using the available days?
Would love to do the home gym route, but that's also not an option.

It looks like you might just have to work out on consecutive days - especially on Wed. and Thurs. of week 1.
Maybe check out some of the CFWF programs, which have a M,T,Th,F schedule, and see how they break things up to avoid recovery problems when training on consecutive days?
What about:
Week 1: W, Th
Week 2: M, T, F, S
