Hi, I've been having issues coming out of the bottom of a squat. I'm 136 lbs 5'8 and 15 years old. It's really common for me to good morning when rising from the bottom of a squat, and I end up with some dull lower back pain after squatting because of it. What can I do about this?

Just so you know, Rip likely bumped this down here because the answer to your question is contained in that book that he wrote.

This is an easy fix. Raise your hips and chest together. Sometimes the cue for this is chest up, for others visualize keeping the bar path perfectly vertical over mid foot. It's really just doing it. Don't overemphasize hip drive.
