Congrats on the milestone, 3 plates is next.
So I know it's not much around here, but definitely a milestone for me.
I've been lifting a little lighter recently and adding weight more slowly (less sleep, more going on, working on form) which means at the end of my sessions I've got enough juice for one big single.
The clip sucks (terrible angle) but the important parts are there (just enough quad visible to see it's parallel, knee slide minimal, plates visible ). Form not the greatest, but wasn't expecting that...

Nice work man! I hope to join you soon!
Outstanding!!!!!
Only 15lbs away from squatting 3 plates on each side! When you that milestone you should celebrate.
It's typically a single single "just for fun" at the end of my squats 1-2x/week. My work sets are 3x5 @ ~80% of my 1RM, so great exercise but not frying my CNS. At the same time, that single at the end isn't keeping me from my presses/cleans/deadlifts, but the second it does, then it's back to a more typical program.
Thanks! Just wanted to acknowledge that I see the difference between a great personal achievement for myself and something groundbreaking for the sport of power lifting .
It's always great to reach goals, well done!
I dream of lifting weights like that one day!

Nice job. I think you had enough to make that a double! If it hasn't been suggested yet I'd suggest getting a different belt that is 4" all the way around.
great job......you had a least one more rep in you.....but if you don't have a spotter I won't have gone for it either...one small criticism on what form I saw....get your hands more on top of the bar...if you look at the angle produced by the bend in your wrist...that's a potential problem done the road
