Hi Rip,
I was wondering when you are powercleaning/deadlifting with less than 135 lbs should the bar be placed on top of plates in order to put in the same position as with 45 lb plates.
Also if I'm deadlifting with 260 lbs now would 135 be too high of a starting warmup weight?
Sorry if this question has been asked before- I searched for it but couldn't find anything

If you don't have bumper plates, you can do this or you can use boxes. Most stronger guys like to warmup with 135 or the equivalent 60kg.
