    Default Deadlift Check Please

    Deadlift - Work Set 1 x 5 @ 205

    My focus at the time was the chest up cue, as I've been having trouble keeping my back tight.

    Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks all.

    The pull is OK, but you never make that "chest up" travel all the way down your back through the lumbar, so your low back is never getting set. Have a little more patience during the squeeze up phase, and make it go all the way down your back. If you have trouble doing this, watch the low back position control video and see if your brain and lumbar spine have been in touch lately or not.
