Hey guys,

A few months back I pressed and over extended my back and had this pain in the middle. Felt like I pinched a disc or something. It wasn't so bad that I was in pain or something.

Now, whenever I press (140lbs latest for 3x5), I still get this dull pinching pain. It goes away after a few days. I use my belt now when I press, and I don't overextend because my lifting buddy watches my form. It still pinches but not as much.

It's hard to describe what it feels like. If you can imagine someone from the side overextending their back, right at the "arc" in your back is where it happens.

I'll upload a form check Wednesday when I press but I'd like to know if someone knows what this is and how to prevent it?
