Who cares what the bar "wants" to do? You are the one moving it. Don't let it go forward.
Hey coaches, when it gets heavy and I am driving out of the hole I feel the bar wanting to go forward.
What's the issue here?

Yeah but I mean why does this happen? Is it a "chest up" issue or is it because I am driving the hips backwards instead of up?
Do you see anything particularly wrong in the video?
Your squat looks fine. What you need to pay attention to is where you feel the weight on your foot. It's possible that you're more on your heels as you descend. If that's the case the bar will feel like it's coming forward on the way up in an effort to get in balance over the mid-foot. It's also possible that you are kicking the bar forward a little as you drive your hips up. Here's the thing, it doesn't really matter. Just learn to feel where the pressure is on your foot and make it stay in the middle. If you feel pressure on your toes, get back. If you feel pressure on your heels, get forward. Make sense?
Got it, thanks.
