    Finally got the stars aligned to get another video. This is second set at working weight of 125.i dropped it to work on getting form right and getting deep enough.

    As with your daughter, I would suggest getting some proper weightlifting shoes. Get your knees set by the time you are halfway down. Right now, they keep moving forward the whole time and sometimes slide forward at the very bottom. I suspect that your stance it too wide, but cannot say from here. I would also suggest looking down.

    Thanks. Shoes are unfortunately out for all of us until money somehow falls from sky. Food =necessity. I'm struggling to keep gym membership. But we will continue to work on the rest the best we can. Thank you.
