    Default PC/DL ratios

    So I have read on here that certain lifts are generally progress with a certain ratio to other lifts... mainly that the OP is usually about 0.6 to 0.75 of ones BP work sets.

    Is there a similar, rough range for PC to DL or something else?

    I am currently hitting about 375 for a set of 5 on DL. My power clean is at about 185 for my 5 sets of triples.

    Don't worry about ratios of any sort. Instead, focus on making all your lifts go up. The ratio between your squat and your power clean or your deadlift and power clean is based on an awful lot of variables. Get your power clean up to 100 kg for triples. Then make it go higher. Worry not about the ratios that allow that to happen.
