Default Good Gawd my Power Clean is Ugly

Had a groin injury and haven't done the power clean in a month, so the weight is very low compared to my other lifts (just under 33% of my last deadlift workset).

I move my feet back and out after the jump, leaning back to rack the bar and I can't for the life of me break the habit.

Will extra weight on the bar help some of this?

At 101lbs the weight feels light and files up, but I feel like I come apart after the jump. I had the same problems before I had the injury layoff and I'm at a loss. I feel like the bar is always flying up at my chin and I have to lean back to rack it.

If I need anything yelled at me during cleans my wife has graciously volunteered.

As always, thank you for your time.

You are struggling a little with timing, amongst other things. Do this first: keep your arms straight for longer. Lock your triceps and don't unlock them until after the jump is finished, which means they stay straight until after the bar touches the mid thigh. Put more weight on the bar, maybe 115 or 125. Take a slightly wider grip, too. Start with that.
