    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    I'm doing basically the routine outlined in the back of PP2. Would it be reasonable to alternate the speed sets with working up to a 5rm or 3rm on a weekly basis?

    Any version of that will work for a while. Try it for six weeks and then do speed sets with 5 singles on Friday, etc.

    Speed sets as the primary stressor, or alternated weekly with the 5 singles on Friday?

    DE doubles as the volume day on Tuesday, intensity day on Friday.
