Deadlift Stall
I’ve been following the 4 day split version of the Texas Method as it says in Practical Programming. All the lifts have been going up weekly until today.
Two weeks ago I did 185kg on the deadlift and barely made the 5th rep, so the following week pulled 187.5 for a comfortable triple. Today I planned on pulling 190 for a triple, but couldn’t even get it off the floor.
(I did 2x3 with 170 on the squat right before the deadlift today.)
All my other lifts have been going up just fine so I’m just a bit confused why I’ve stalled like that on the one lift.
Some advice would be appreciated.

It must have been from Wednesday night when I couldn’t sleep. Just surprised as the other lifts weren’t effected. Thanks!
