    Hi Coaches,

    I've been lifting on my own lately so I'd really appreciate a squat check.

    These are some of the better squats we've seen here in the form checks. Very solid.

    It does look like your gaze and head position is shifting a bit during the set. It doesn't appear to be impairing your squat, but may at heavier weights. Lock your gaze on a specific spot and focus on it, exclusively, throughout the entire set.

    Generally, though, these are some good squats.

    Thanks a lot Wolf. I hadn't noticed that jerky head movement. I'll fix the gaze issue moving forward.
