Camera angles...this could be a sticky
Coach,
I've seen too many of your comments referring to "shitty videos" or "I can't see shit" or something else using expletives that describe enormous displeasure with what was submitted.
To maximize your ability to review any videos & take up as little of your time as possible doing so, would the following be appropriate recommendations?
Camera angle for squat, deadlift, powerclean or press:
1. Angle: approximately 45 degrees from either the front or back, left or right side.
2. Height: approximately between the hip & knee joint.
3. Do not aim the camera perpendicular to the bar.
4. Music: Gov't mule is good. So is gov't mule. Maybe some old ZZTop. If I hear any rap, I will personally come to your house & hurt you.
