Sure. Lean over more, stop leading up with your chest, and quit worrying that the Butt Wink Nazis are coming to get you. Or come to a seminar a learn firsthand.

    Rip,

are you ever going to give a seminar out east? I'd love to get to meet you and see a seminar.

Do you have a schedule of locations you'll be?

We are in Florida twice, Boston once, and probably Connecticut this year. How far east do need us to be? We're not going to China.

Baltimore or Washington would be nice

I'm not sure there's a huge market in China either

How about London? English speaking country, nice selection of ales and lagers, and easy to get to for most europeans.

How bout Western Pa? Jay Cohen, a crossfit guy makes a mean barbequed pig and some really good organ meat. You have Yuengling (really good beer) and we even have some Belgian beers if you're feeling some what socialist, Pirmanti Brothers in the burgh and really good hunting and fishing. Hell, send Gant out here and open WFAC East.

If the upward movement of the hips during the ascent forces the lower back curve to increase even at a very short range of the motion, is this a sign of incomplete hip drive ?

In other words should a complete and correct hip drive never create a force that tries to put the lower back into further extension at any range of the descent ?
