Power Clean Form Check
5th/last set for enhanced slop. 160 lb. Any input would be appreciated.

Two biggest issues I see:
1) Your jumping position needs to be refined. Try having the bar higher on your thighs, less knee flexion (shins almost vertical), more hip flexion. From the side, bar will be over mid foot, touching approx mid thigh (depending on anthropomotry), with vertical arms and shoulders just in front of the bar.
2) You have an arm pull. When the arms bend, the power ends! Keep the arms straight until after the 2nd pull (the "jump"). Another way to think about this is that the arms are straight on the way up, and bend on the way down.
Check out Brett's jumping position. Joint angles may be different (again, anthropomotry), but the principles will be the same.
Below is a good explanation of and cueing to fix an arm pull.
Fix these issues, then we can refine other peripheral issues such as the first pull, receiving the bar, etc...

Thank you very much, Adam. Your reply is very helpful. My interpretation (beyond what you spelled out) is that I'm jumping too early as well as not staying out over the bar long enough. I'll work to rebuild the movement using the steps outlined in the book/videos.
