Maintain strength while training for army PT
Hello coach,
Last four months I've been doing 4-day texas method split according to Jordan:
Day1: Bench 5x5, Press 8x3, Pullups
Day2: Squat 5x5, PwClean 5x3, Abs
Day3: rest
Day4: Bench 5x1, Press 3x3, Pullups
Day5: Squat 5x1, Deadlift 5x1, Abs
Day6: rest
I've been doing it on a 6day cycle because it fits my shifts better. I've had steady progress and I'm about to reach my short term goals (Sq: 5x315, Bench 5x225, Deadlift 5x335).
The thing is that my PT exams are comming closer. I need to train for a 12min run and maximize pullups. I don't want to loose my gainzz though.
Question: Where should I cut my training back to free regeneration capacity for running?

Mon - Lift
Tues - Run / Pull Ups
Weds - Off
Thurs - Lift / Pull Ups
Fri - Run
Sat - Run / Pull Ups
Sun - Off
