Pullovers.
Hi guys, my first post here, maybe a little lame.
Will pullovers really broaden my ribcage? Also, are they a good idea after an SS workout? I'm talking about high rep-low weight set, just as in the original GOMAD routine.

Can't speak as to their usefulness, but no, they won't actually broaden your ribcage. The person who originally put them into the 20-rep squat workout decades ago thought they did, but that way of thinking went the way of the dinosaur just like spot reduction.
