    Default squat form

    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    • starting strength seminar april 2025
    Deloaded here. Hoping to correct any flaws in form.

    How is form here? Do I have enough forward lean, good hip break, good hip drive? These factors are I believe have given me the most trouble.

    Looks pretty good to me.

    Some of the reps are just hitting parallel but the later ones are below which seems better.

    Don't look in the mirror between reps. Your head is not down on the descent of some reps because of this. Put a penny on the floor and don't stop looking at it.

    esp. on depth.

    that close to the wall looking at the floor may be too much but maybe the bottom edge of the mirror. Better yet, can you turn around and squat with your back to the mirror ? i believe those racks are reversible that way.

    Also you could also keep your knees forward just a little longer.
