im 18 years old.. height is 5,7.. and weight is 157.5
been skinny most of life especially legs.. now bulking pretty well.. need more weight though..
-been doing the Gallon a day for about 16 days... how long should i stick w/ it?? (going to college in a few weeks)
-What do you think about 50 yard dashes a few times a week for cardio? Not LSD like you say. to ultimately try and control amount of fat other than training like an animal to put milk in right places.
-add any abdominal work to the program?
at end of day.. gomad.. feel bloated.. like i needed some cardio.

have Not found much about his input on what types of cardio he would suggest doing... sprints?
Pretty sure Rip's favorite cardio is P90seX.
