    Default Squat Form Check

I am new to the forum here and would like to get some feedback on my squat technique. I have had trouble with sore knees and elbows over the past year, but have been working on cleaning up my form.

I am 5'10" and weigh in the between 196 and 198 lbs.

Note that this is after a small deload, I squatted 295x5x3 a couple weeks ago and the depth looked marginal to me, so I deloaded to 275x5x3 and now these sets are at 285x5x3. Thanks you in advance for your input.

Point your toes out a little more and drive your knees out harder. That should clean up the occasional high squat. Make sure that you start your first rep with extended knees. Right now they are bent a little. On the whole, your squats look good.
