Hey all,
I've been running SS for about 10 weeks now and this is the first time I've actually been in the gym in my 35 years on this planet I finally had a chance to grab a quick video of my squat technique and was hoping you might be able to take a look. After watching the video I know there is probably a lot wrong and it looks like I'm not going as deep as I thought I was
Sorry about the crap quality and angle, but there is no place to prop my phone up in the gym as the squat rack is in the corner of the gym.
This is my second work set at 236.5lbs ( I know, I'm weak).

This is my third work set from the back angle. Bit of a good morning and wobbly knees

There's a lot to fix here. Have you read the description of the exercise in the book?
OK, a few things at a time.
1. Stance - move your heels a few inches closer together and turn your toes out about 10 degrees more.
2. Eye gaze - look down, focusing on a spot on the floor 3-6' in front of you. Throughout the course of the set, do not take your eyes off this spot, do not look up into the mirror. At all. Not even between reps.
3. Shove your knees out on the way down and keep going several inches deeper than you currently are, until the crease of your hip is below the top of your kneecap. You may need to take some weight off the bar to do this.
Start there and then we'll see how it looks.
