Ok, after a few months of exams/holidays/ear infections/non-consensual cycling/unwarranted intermediate programming and maybe a few other excuses I cant remember Im restarting linear progression like a good boy!

Wore a t-shirt which is made of an odd material to the gym, it is really soft and I struggled to keep the bar In place, it kept moving about and after the second set my ankle felt funny, I was leaning forward to keep the bar on my back so I decided not to do the last set.

Last set of squat was messy, need to keep upper back tight, bar slipped on the last couple of reps. Second time failing bench at this weight so I’m going to deload it to maybe 82.5kg and micro-load it, I think I’m going to start microloading the press as well, should have started a long time ago!
