Got into a head on collision last night, the guy totaled my car as he turned into me from a 'suicide lane'. I'm okay got X-rays and a CT for my neck and abdomen. My collarbone however is sore as fuck from the seatbelt, I'm on my way to get a bandage to figure 8 an ice pack to it. Is there anything I should know beyond let give it time? There were no fractures in it.

Careful with the cleans, if you have a habit of banging the bar into your collar bone.

This. Also, let your warm ups be your guide on all lifts.

Maybe not totally relelvant to your colar bone but don't jerk off guys in the change room.

Shit, man. Glad you're okay. Agree with the advice here. Go slow, gauge whether to go hard by your warm-ups. Did the airbag deploy?

Yea i'm actually okay, got a CT on my neck and abdomen to check for bleeding and an xray for my collarbone, no fractures thankfully. And my front two air bags went off, but now i'm going to have a fight with Honda as my side airbags did not deploy and they should of. Hung on a pull up bar last night and everything felt okay and today i'm almost a 100 percent.

I don't see why this has to be a hard and fast rule...it really depends on the gym. But, OK, careful with the cleans AND the jerks.
