    This has to be a joke, especially when it said for children that can't hold cigarettes they should use a cigarette holder.

    A week or two ago, I did a brief bit of research into the use of nicotine as a performance enhancing drug, specifically for strength training. There wasn't lot of evidence out there and most of it was inconclusive.
