I remember reading a very well written and informative article on how your business model is setup. Describing your semi-private sessions, partners training, general philosophies. I can't find that article. Can you link me to it?

As a side question how do you generally perform your backoff sets. For example I work up to a 2rm squat for the day. How would you go about adding backoff volume? Would it be the same for a 5rm for the day?

    thank you,
    Jordan

I don't think it was an article. I think it was a post here somewhere on the site. No idea where to find it.

It depends. Usually I do 1 or 2 back off sets. Usually 5-10% for the first one and then another 5-10% if I want to do a second one. But it depends a lot on the lift, the lifter, and the rep range we are using.

Big lifter, Big Lift, Big Weight = Big Back off

Small lifter, small lifter, small weight = small back off
