Closed Sat and Sun as well I'm guessing? It's not the end of the world either way anyways. I always have 2 or 3 days between workouts and am still making great progress, so having 4 days between workouts two times ever will be no big deal man.
My gym is going to be closed two Fridays in a row in November because they close anytime classes are out (college gym). Closing for holiday and homecoming of the other university in town (not sure why for th other college).. Do I just do my Mon and Wed days and then move Fri to the next Mon and get some extra long recoveries in-between? There's no other gym I can get to for working out.
