Squat Form Check
I wonder if you could please run your eye over my squat form please? This is the last set of 3x5 at 315. Apologies for the poor lighting; as you can see, I am training in a small shed with limited lighting options.

My own critique:
Acceptable
Depth looks OK to me.
Knees getting them forward/out quickly, I think.
Bar path it felt over mid-foot throughout the set.
Needs Improvement
Body angle I was disappointed at how upright I am. I think I need to sit back further and bend over more (sigh...)
Chest Lift it comes up too early, which I think is why the last 2 reps got slower at the sticking point.
Hips I think Im breaking at the hips first rather than knees and hips together.
Eccentric - too slow. I need to have more confidence going into the hole.
Grip I know, I know...Im doing the Horn stretch but I think its going to be a while until I can get my wrists out of extention.
Thank you, Sir.

I would say, from this angle, a little deep. You are correct in all of your other analysis. At the bottom, you're sitting down, not sitting back. Get knees forward earlier, and then SIT BACK and BEND OVER. Finally, your descent needs to be a little quicker, so you can rebound out of the bottom better.

Thank you, Steve. I suspected they may be too deep. I'll get to work. Regards, Matt.
