    Default Prioritizing the press on your program?

    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    Can i do the press on every workout to get very strong on it or am i going to reduce my progress? Thanks.

    Just run 3X5 on both workouts right and try add weight?

    That's basically all you'll ever need to do. Switch to smaller increments first, then vary the intensity, then think about assistance exercises. That should cover the next two years of training. Yup. Check is in the mail.
