    Hey guys,

This is my first time posting on this forum. I've been doing SS for a few weeks now and would appreciate any comments on my form on the squat and power clean.

    Squat

    Front 45º:

    Back 45º:

I wasn't sure which one of these would be the best angle so I posted both. A few questions:

    - How is my depth?
    - Are my knees coming too far forward?
    - Is that too much "buttwink"?
    - Am I getting enough hip drive?

    Power Clean

    - Am I jumping at the right point?
    - Should I be sitting deeper when I rack it?
    - Are my arms straight enough for the shrug, or am I cheating by "rowing" the weight up?
    - Is it ok to stop and reset between each rep? I feel like my position changes by the time I bring the weight down.

Thanks in advance for the feedback.

    Squat:
Cut your depth off a little bit, you're going to tweak your groin down the road when the weight gets heavier by going so deep.
Knees are okay. There's not a lot of buttwink. Not enough hip drive. Your stance would be better if it was a little narrower - you'd like to have your heels under your ass cheeks at the bottom. Why are you starting your descent so slowly? Get your air, squat down then back up.

Power clean looks very good. Now put some more weight on the bar and see how it looks then.

It looks like you might be pulling with your arms a little bit on the power clean. I think they start bending at the elbow before you jump.
