I just started dead lifting again about 2 months ago and Im currently up to 225lbs for 5x5 once a week. this weight isn't super challenging for me either but I beleave I'm doing something wrong because of my chronic back pain. I noticed in the video that i did drop my hips after setting my shins against the bar which your not supposed to do. I'm also thinking that maybe I'm pulling too early with my back. Any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks.

Touch and go deadlifts are not the program. 5x5 are not the program. Your hips are too low. Read the instructions, and do the program.

Stop that humping thing you’re doing.

Also, bad form removing your other form check videos from YouTube; we now can’t see if you’ve done any of the things you were suggested to do, particularly by Ryan Arnold.
