    Hello Andy,

I'm a Male, 25 years old, body weight 165 lbs (gained 15 lbs since May), 5 foot 6 inches height. I'd like to know what should I do for programming because linear progression has been rather slow lately.

*Been lifting for 4 years with retarded programming and shitty form (especially the squat) - I'm starting to think my exposure to the lifts is hindering progress*

Started SS in May with just the bar on the squat. Current stats:

5 rep max on Squat 185 lbs
275 lbs deadlift for a double
120 lbs overhead press for three sets of 5,3,4 reps the other day
185 lbs bench press for three sets of 4,4,4 reps the other day
95 lbs power clean for five sets of 3,2,2,3,2

I'm eating like a mad man so that I can keep adding weight to the bar. My goal is to weigh 175 lbs in a maximum of two months.

I've a squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press number in mind but as i've mentioned linear progression has been pretty slow lately and so any programming advice would be wonderful.

    Thank you.
