How to add real strongman?
Hello forum
I've always been interested in Strongman training and that is what got me into barbell training.
Now I wonder how, and when, I can add Strongman Traning and such into my Starting Strength novice program, or if I should wait and do that after LP.
Things I would like to add (for now):
Tire Flip
Stone Lift (natural)
Farmers Walk
Power Stairs
Any advice is appreciated.

How to add real strongman?
I would definitely wait until you are done SS.
But for future reference the way I have seen some people program it is to lift during the week and then get together with some buddies 1 day on the weekend and do event training.
