So I tested positive for COVID around 2.5 weeks ago. Have been symptom free for around 4 days so I picked back up on my NLP day before yesterday. The weight isn't particularly heavy but my breathing is a huge issue and I get terribly winded just a few heavy squat sets in and it lasts the rest of my training. 25yo male 6' 205 bench:270 sq 375 dl 375 press 160 were my numbers a few weeks ago, dropped them around 20% to account for detraining. Obviously Covid is a new situation but any ideas if this should go away with time or the new normal?

Everything heals except cancer, especially if you require it to heal. And it isn't surprising that your conditioning is detrained, since you didn't train.

Thanks Rip, that almost makes too much sense.
