    Hi folks,

looking for a regular checkup on form. I feel good, and have progressed incrementally, and with some vacation-regression, up to 305lbs for work sets.

    Today's video:
    Set 2: http://youtu.be/nbeUS4VzKkY
    Set 3: http://youtu.be/pH5cemtWFhA

I see set two as pretty good. My ankle mobility causes a slight foot rock at bottom, but the weight doesnt seem to shift. I promise to get shoes with lift soon. Set three has some slight knee cave but is also pretty solid.

    What do you see?

    Thanks,
    Dan

    They are definitely low bar.

They look pretty good... you do drift forward on some of them but they look pretty decent to me. I suggest squat shoes.

Your form looks decent. Seems like your elbows need to be further back. From the angle its hard to tell but a slightly narrower grip could help with what looks like some upper back flexion. Good set though consistent depth and good lumbar extenseion.

thanks guys. The shirt might cloud the video. I'll self-check my upper back extension in the next set and video. And shoes are coming soon. Maybe I'll video my first 315 sets in 'em

As promised, I got the shoes and felt good today.

Set 1@315 (PR, plus a psychologically significant milestone):

All felt good. A little bit of lift seemed to help me fire the muscles in the right direction -- I felt more stable at bottom. There was some slight knee cave on a few higher reps in the sets.
