One Lift Per Day Routine
I am wanting to move on from my SS novice routine into the intermediate One Lift Per Day routine described in Practical Programming. The program is laid out in a way that has you rotating from a 5x5 in week 1 down to a 5x1 in week 3. My question is what should the weight progression be?
So for a 300 squat, what weight would I do for the 5x5 in week 1, 5x3 in week 2, and the 5x1 in week 3. Also on the next round is that when there should be an increase in weight?

Start with 10 percent offsets. Go up 5 lbs per cycle
