Your knees need a little more work. Watch your knees, you're letting them knock in just as you start the ascent. Keep them out and over your feet. It's messing with your drive up and sometimes impacting your depth. You are also looking a little too far down, look more toward the cross bar of the squat stand and not so much down between your feet.
These are light years better than the first few sets you posted - good work so far!

HELL YEAH JEFF!
Thanks a lot,I'm going iron out the kinks, cueing myself to "pivot my feet to the floor" like it says in the book,do you think it is a good cue?
-
It is if it works for you.

Jeff, may ask you how do I see if I'm bent over enough?Like some segnals, because I don't wanna keep bothering you.
I usually use my neck,if it is neutral then I'm ok,am I doing it ok?
-
I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Yes, your neck should be more neutral than not, but that doesn't necessarily mean that your back angle is correct as your back angle is more dependent on your hips than your neck. If you are following the Master Cue, you'll be pretty close - the bar at the correct place on your back, the bar also centered over the middle of your feet, your knees not traveling much past your toes and everything else will line up fine.

What I was trying to say is:if I look were I should and my neck stays neutral(not cranked up nor flexed) can we safely assume I am doing it right?Cause I red that looking down would also allow a neutral cervical spine.
-
It should put you pretty close to where you ought to be.
