Bench Form Check Bandwagon
Bench is getting a lot of love now that squat and pull checks are passe.
May I ask for some input on my bench press, please? I'm trying to get as tight as possible, but maybe I need to bring my wings in more. Any input much appreciated.

Tightness is real nice. Your grip looks a little wide and I'd like to see your elbows tucked in closer to your ribs. They're flaring out a bit. Place your grip so that when you extend your thumb, the tip is right on the inside edge of the knurl. That's usually a good width. Have someone look at you straight on and ensure your forearms are vertical at the bottom. Adjust accordingly.
