    Hi Coach

    Lately I've been prone to cramps in my calves, quads right above the knees, and forearms. They come after I finish my workouts, when I'm walking home from the gym or even a few hours later. Sometimes when I flex some of those muscle groups, like when I stand up from the computer to stretch, my muscles start to cramp. What's with that?

    You've gotten your electrolytes screwed up. Get some multi-minerals, some potassium, and some water. Take a bunch of each. They will stop.
