    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Is it theoreticly possible that some one that eating enough (4-5k calories) sleeping a lot,
    doing nothing but training, has good technique done SS and got to only:
    110kg squat
    120 DL
    70BP
    50 PRESS?

    These were pretty much my wife's numbers 9 months after giving birth to our third boy and still breast feeding. So yes, it can be done.

    lol i mean a male, i'm 100% sure that i ate 4k-5k calories, slept a lot,my technique were pretty good, and i did the regular program without changes i'm 16 Yold boy. and i got stuck in those weights in SS
    Please is there anything i could have done wrong? its really really depressing that my lifting weights are that low...

    That's a bit like saying you're 0% sure you ate 5k calories.

    Would you say you got your squat up to 88kg-110kg?

    You say how much you ate but how much do you weigh ? The reason you have to eat so much is to gain weight, so if you're not gaining weight you're not eating enough, regardless of the number of kcals

    Aaa ok thank you very very much, i think this is the problem...
    because i did every thing i sad.
    wht is the maximum age that i will be fully matured?
    and does it mean that i have bad gens for strength (i'm usually weaker than somebody else and gaining strength slower) or ill only know it when ill be fully matured?
