    Somewhere in the middle of the frame there is a guy (I think is a guy) with red pants (I think they are pants) who seems to be squatting quite decently and with good speed. Hell, I'll venture to say that he might even be breaking parallel.
    Either that, or there is a red ant moving a toothpick with a blackcurrant either end up and down.

    Apologies if you deem it to be too far away and small to be useful. I can certainly see how watching that on a phone or tablet, it could be difficult to discern much. That does help actually. I'll figure out a way to get the camera closer.

    Bar looks like it might be an inch high, but your thoracic is in a bit of flexion. Big, proud chest and a HUGE breath before you unrack. Don't let it out or relax while you look down to check your feet, the stand up... stay tight... HUGE breath and squat.
