taking to looks at one person you may find if the person has 20 pounds of fat weight more then the other he can apply this to his weight training and move more weight. 20 more pounds loading the stretch response may more bar weight then without that added weight.

My LBM is back to where it was when i was pulling 405 and squatting 375. I took most of this year off. I restarted SS and hope to abid by the schedule but intermediate recover needs may interrupt the written schedule of SS. Does anyone know how significant of a loss of strength potential could be present just from a reduction of 30 fat pounds loading the stretch response, grounding the lifter to the floor, or adding effects from gravitational pull on the added mass and its effect on the levers?

Instead of using strength i'm using the word bar weight. The body isn't stronger with more fat but it can move more weight due to leverage.

In my honest in opinion . . .
how's is any of this important or useful in any context?
. . . say, even if I knew the answer to the question that I don't understand you're asking.

I couldn't have said that better if I said what you said and pretended I was the one who said it.

Why are you over analyzing things? Just train and make sure you don't get fat in the process. If you do, add in some HIIT and scale back calories a bit.

None. I lost 20 kg and am stronger. Your bar path may change, your body movement may change. But fat doesn't move the weights. I know it takes mass to move mass but no. If you get this nonsense out of your head you'll just get stronger.

Is it just more or does that bar have a 20 degree angle in it? Is that to improve performance in the gut press?

Wear 20# of clothing that crudely approximates your former distribution of fat. Then lift. Post results.
