    I'm back to training after some time off and over the past few weeks have gotten back to a 315 squat. I thought it would be prudent to take a pause and have my form checked before I continue on. I notice on my second rep that I have some difficulty closing out the rep. Anyway, I appreciate any helpful advice, and thanks in advance.

    I want your toes (and consequently, knees) angled out further. Your forward knee travel is excessive (see first sentence, then use TUBOW if that doesn't fix it). You have failed to grasp the concept of hip drive and are leading with your chest. I recommend weightlifting shoes.

    Can you recommend a brand of shoe? I'm new to the weightlifting shoe world but have recognized their popularity. What is the best overall brand out there for that? I don't want to buy a clunker.
