    Hello,
This is my first post so I hope I'm not doing anything too stupid. After taping this I noticed in the sticky that I didn't follow the advice of not filming from floor level and not wearing dark clothes, so I apologize for that and I'll fix it next time.
The main thing I'm struggling with is my knees sliding forward at the bottom... it seems like no matter how hard I try to shove my knees out, there is still this extra slide just as I get into the hole.
How bad does the knee slide thing look in this video? Any other major issues I need to address?
    Thanks for your input.

Definitely not doing anything too stupid, musician. I'm actually fine with the job you're doing of shoving your knees out, but you need to stop them traveling forward 1/3-1/2 of the way down the descent and let your hips do the rest of the reaching of depth. I would like to see you control the descent a little better too.

Keep working on the knees, use the TUBOW or TUFR to help figure out where your knees need to end up. I don't see anything else I'd classify as major. Take the next video from a 45-degree rear angle, either put your phone on a bench or have a friend take it.

Here are my 3 working sets from tonight (210 lbs.)
I used a TUBOW for my warm-up sets, and it looks like the knees are staying put a little better here.
Also, does my depth look okay?
