    Long time lurker first time poster.
    Looking to get extra eyes on my squat form and any tips/suggestions.

    knees are sliding forward a little. Watch your right hand, too.

    Your weight is in on your heels as you descend, as evidenced by your toes lifting up at the beginning of each rep. Weight should be mid foot the entire time. The fact that you have your weight shifting all over the place is probably why your knees are excessively sliding around. I suspect this is because you are initiating the lift with sticking your butt back THEN releasing your knees. The hips and knees break at the same time. I would try initiating the knees first on the way down, but didn't I just say they both break at the same time?? True, but since you're already in the habit of going hips first I bet even if you try to go knees first at best both will break at the same time, a bit of overcompensation if you will. Also I can see your knees buckling in at bottom position so I'll throw in the standard knees out, then knees out more speech. That being said, positionally this isn't a bad squat, you just need some adjusting.
