This is a good example of what I don't like. The bar's too high (for a starting strength post) and the squats too high...Yet I've seen some pretty respectable athletes do their squats the exact same way.

I took the rules to heart and filmed myself at my 3rd set worst.
First impressions - what is going on with my hands? My wrists look to be rotating under the bar to take some of the load. Is that a bar position problem?
Any other notes?
