I have a very physically demanding job, especially for the legs. It ist uncommon for me to spend 8-12 hours a day pulling stacks of milk around.

Because of the obvious way this would affect recovery, is there a less demanding version of TM that you would recommend? I have the book, and I was thinking of the 4 day split.

My other question is for newer lifters who don't have access to a back extension on the novice program. Would GM using just the bar be an acceptable substitute?

4 day split is much easier. Especially for the volume work.

Back ext aren't totally necessary for novice programming. Novices need not be doing GMs, even light
