Soreness of the knees
if possible please remove this post
after i tried to squat, and i say tried because i fucking suck nuts at it, i am going to post a form check later this week to improve it. I get a soreness in my knees, i imagine its the feeling of a 90 year old grandpa's knees, after a day this soreness is gone tho.
I have had problems with my knees in the past, i fucked them up pretty hard in a car accident, meaning that there are little "holes" in my patella, which causes it to make a unnatural sound when bending and gives it a cracking feeling when you touvhing it from the outside.
Now my question is, will better squat form cure this, or at least not making it worse. Also lifting shoes are necessary for a lot of reasons, and would shoes help solving this problem?

Broadly speaking, if you have significant cartilage (aka meniscus ) damage... there may be no way for you to squat safely. Otherwise good form should let you squat ok.
There's a fair number of threads around here to read on the knee subject. Read around some. If you want to have any chance of Rip addressing your case directly you'll have to be quite specific about what exactly you damaged in your knees, what doctors did, etc.
(Note: i'm not a doctor or anything else)
edit: also this forum is where Rip moves questions from the Q&A that he feels are Repetitive. Posts about inJuries should be posted in the "Recovery" sub-forum (or asked of Rip in his Q&A forum if you dare )
