Hello, have a few questions about the advanced program detailed in this wiki article. First off, is this covered in SS or PP? Because I don't ever recall reading it in SS (I don't have PP). Second, assuming it is legit, what should my front squat weight be compared to my back squat? Third, is it acceptable to use weighted dips instead of chins/pulls on the days that ARE NOT to failure?

    Thanks for any help.

    It is in Practical Programming.

Rip now recommends doing 2x5 Back Squats at 80% of Monday's work weight on Wednesdays opposed to Front Squats.

Dude are you sure its 2x5. I have PP and as far as I remember its says 80% of Monday but it does not specify sets. Anyway I guess you are right.
